A flood warning has been issued for small streams in Trego County, after a three-inch rainfall.
The National Weather Service has the warning in effect until 2:00 p.m. The affected rivers include the Saline River, Plum Creek, Coyote Creek, Trego Creek and Big Creek.
A fierce thunderstorm hit northwest Trego County, and was still in progress at 2:00 a.m. The communities of Voda and Collyer could be at risk of flooding.
