BUTLER COUNTY, Kan. (KAKE) -

Butler County investigators say alcohol use and speed were factors in a deadly motorcycle crash.

The crash happened Sunday evening in the 10200 block of SW 150th (Thunder Road), south of Augusta..

The Butler County Sheriff's Office says a driver saw the motorcycle driving erratically and then saw the motorcycle leave the roadway.  A deputy arrived and found a man and woman had been thrown off of the 2001 Harley Davidson.

Leslie Parrish, 31, of Sedgwick County, was pronounced dead at the scene. Joshua Stiles, 33, was driving the motorcycle. He was taken to a Wichita hospital in critical condition.
