MISSING IN KANSAS: Robert Ronald Tippit

TOPEKA, Kan. (KAKE) -

Robert Tippit was reported missing decades ago in Topeka. He was last seen in 1977 or 1978. Though records with the Department of Justice show that his late date of contact was on Jan. 1, 1980. It did not detail as to what happened on that date. He may have traveled to California.

Robert used several aliases, including Ricard Allen Lais, Richard Allen Lais, Ron Roberts, Arthur Dewuane Tippit and Bob Tippit.
