WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -

Volunteers revisited Chisolm Creek Park for any clues of missing 5-year-old Lucas Hernandez. It's the first park Wichita police searched when the boy was reported missing on February 17.

Among the volunteers was the mother of Lucas who says they found some questionable items during the search. Police investigated the items but didn't find anything suspicious.

One volunteer brought his drone in hopes to spot something that wouldn't been seen from the ground. "When you are looking down everything seems the same so i'm looking for anything that is different colored. Anything that looks like it was disturbed or brushed back." Said volunteer Charles Booth.

Officers were near the park with K9's ready to search the area and next possible location when needed. "We continue to ask and need the public's help on this case." Charles Davidson with the Wichita police department said.

Volunteers are determined to continue searching until Lucas is found. ""Hopefully as a community we could all get together and get this boy found and even better home.  It's just a tragedy that these kinds of things can happen around here."
