Crime Stoppers seeks public's help in solving Wichita burglary


Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help catching the suspects involved in a burglary in downtown Wichita.

The burglary happened in the 900 block of North Market, just west of Broadway. Crime Stoppers of Wichita/Sedgwick County posted on Facebook that one of the suspects kicked in the door of the establishment and took food items while the other suspect acted as a lookout.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (316) 267-2111.

You can also submit a tip online or from your mobile phone by texting TIP217 then your message to 274637 (crimes).

All ways are secure and anonymous. If your tip leads to an arrest you may be eligible for a cash reward up to $2,500, and Crime Stoppers will never ask your name.
