Voters in the Buhler school district are heading to the polls today to decide the fate of nearly $45 million in improvements to the district's buildings.
If the $44.9 bond issue passes, the district will build a new elementary school and will make major renovations to the district's existing buildings.
The district proposes a 3.5 mill increase in its property tax mill levy. That amounts to a property tax increase of $3.35 per month or $40.25 per year on a home valued at $100,000.
