A 20-year-old Wichita woman is in critical condition after her car hit a semi-truck head-on in Harvey County on I-135.

The accident happened around 4:30pm 1/2 mile South of Exit 25 or K-196 Exit . Officials say Sunita Pudasaini was driving south when her 1995 Geo crossed into the median and into the other lane -- striking the axles of a trailer on a semi. Debris from the collision hit a 3rd vehicle as it passed in the outside lane and on the shoulder.

Neither the truck driver nor the driver of the 3rd vehicle were injured.

Police say Pudasaini was traveling at a high rate of speed before the accident.
