Safety officials are recalling a playset due to rotting wood, posing a fall hazard.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling Adventure Playsets, Pacific Cycle Dartmouth Swing Sets and the Slalom Glider playground slide.
About 240,000 adventure playsets were sold nationwide. The wood in the posts of the fort sections could weaken, causing a potential danger.
The sling-style swing in the Pacific Cycle Dartmouth Swing Set may crack or split prematurely. About 5,500 units were sold.
The Slalom Glider is a playground slide that lacks a transition platform on the top and sides on the chute. children can fall when moving from the ladder to the slide and when descending the chute.
Consumers who bought these products should contact the company for a refund.
