WICHITA, Kan. — A Wichita man has pleaded guilty in a traffic crash that left a six-year-old girl dead.
Raudel Sandoval, Jr. pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter. He was driving in June, 2012 when his car struck another vehicle at Mt. Vernon & Edgemoor. Feodora Two-Hatchett was in the car that was hit, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said Sandoval admitted he was driving 65 to 70 miles per hour in a 35 mph zone because he had just left a car wash and was trying to dry his car.
