Crime Stoppers - Boathouse Burglary

Sometime between 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 31st and 5:25 a.m. on Monday, November 1, the Kansas Sports Hall of Fame located at the Wichita Boathouse was burglarized.

The burglars gained access to the Kansas Sports Hall of Fame through unknown means. After gaining entry, the burglars stole an exact replica of the America's Cup Trophy valued at $50,000.

Also stolen were two autographed Gayle Sayers footballs, electronics and some other miscellaneous items. Total loss is valued at $52,780.
