Crime Stoppers - Lincoln Street Elementary AC Copper Theft

Sometime between Tuesday, July 12 and Wednesday, July 13, unknown person or persons stripped the copper wire from an external Central Air Conditioning Unit at Lincoln Street Elementary, located at 1210 S. Topeka. The loss and damage to unit exceeded several thousand dollars.

Do to the ongoing thefts of copper wire from air conditioning units the Wichita Police Department would also like to ask any citizen that witnesses any suspicious activity near any air conditioning unit to call 911 for law enforcement to investigate.
