Snow-covered traffic lights are causing headaches for drivers following a winter storm that moved out of the area Monday.
We've received numerous reports from all over Wichita and the surrounding areas. Commuters say traffic lights are concealed by the snow, and they are unable to tell if they're are green, yellow or red.
In situations like this, police say drivers are to treat the intersection as they would a four-way stop.
