3.3 earthquake recorded in Harper County

Harper, Kan. -- It happened near the intersection of NW 40 Ave. and NW 130 Rd. at around 7:30 a.m. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the earthquake measured 3.3 on the Richter Scale.

The epicenter is located about 6.5 miles northwest of Harper. KAKE News received a few messages regarding the earthquake.

There have been no reports of damage.
