Surveillance Images Released In Target Store Break-In

Police have released surveillance images from a break-in at a Wichita Target store yesterday, that resulted in the loss of several thousand dollars worth of electronics.

The burglary happened at the Target store at 301 S. Towne East Mall drive in east Wichita early Wednesday morning.

Due to the quality of the video, specific suspect descriptions aren't available, but one of the them was wearing all dark clothing, while the other had on light-colored pants. Both were wearing heavy work gloves and came in with their own bags to carry off the stolen goods.

The suspects made off with digital cameras, iPods and iPad Minis.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Wichita Police Department.

Thousands of dollars worth of electronics were taken during a break-in at a Wichita Target store.

It happened shortly after 4 a.m. Wednesday at the Target located at 301 S. Towne East Mall Dr. in east Wichita.

According to Wichita Police, two suspects entered the store by breaking out the front glass doors. The pair then stole several iPads, iPods, digital cameras and laptop computers totalling several thousand dollars.

The suspects then left the store through the rear fire doors.

Police are reviewing surveillance video but don't have a good description of the suspects, who were wearing ski masks, dark clothing and gloves.

Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call police.
