A Wichita teen wasn't hurt when a thief armed with a screwdriver broke into his home on Tuesday.

Just after 2 p.m. yesterday, a 14-year-old boy was home alone in the 3300 block of North Oliver when a man forced his way inside through the back glass sliding door.

He threatened the teen with a screwdriver, then took money and a computer and fled. The boy wasn't harmed.

The suspect is described as a white male from 30 to 50 years old, about 5-feet 10-inches tall and 160 pounds. He was wearing blue jeans, a blue shirt, a gray hoodie and neon shoes.
