WICHITA, Kan. — Police are looking for a suspect who forced a woman into his car late Monday night.

Around midnight, a 26-year-old woman was approached by a man in the 10000 block of East Harry. Police say the man took her cell phone and forced her into his car.

He drove her to an ATM near Harry and Webb and demanded she withdraw money. Instead, she got out and ran away. She was not hurt.

She described the suspect to officers as a black male, about 35 years old and 6-feet, one-inch tall. He had a heavy build and dark complexion. He was reportedly wearing a gray shirt, gray and black shorts and sandals. She said he was driving a 4-door silver Oldsmobile Alero.
