Man killed in Elk County crash

LONGTON, Kan-- A Moline, Kansas man was killed in a one vehicle accident in Elk County.
The accident happened Wednesday afternoon on US Highway 160 east of Longton.

Highway Patrol troopers said the wheels of a truck driven by James Williams dropped off the roadway. Williams overcorrected and the truck went into the ditch. The truck rolled twice. Williams was thrown from the cab.

Williams, 56, was pronounced dead at the scene.
