On Tuesday, 45-year-old Llewellyn Richard of Kansas City, Kansas pleaded guilty to robbing 12 businesses over a 10-day period in late December last year.

A Kansas man has pleaded guilty to several robberies over a 10-day period.

On Tuesday, 45-year-old Llewellyn Richard of Kansas City, Kansas pleaded guilty to robbing 12 businesses over a 10-day period in late December last year.

On January 1, KCK police officers pulled Richard's car over, but he then quickly drove away. He was arrested a short time later after crashing his truck.

Sentencing is scheduled for October 25 and as part of a plea agreement, both sides are recommending a sentence of 20 years in federal prison.

Richard was convicted of robbing the following stores:

-Boost Mobile in Kansas City, KS on Dec. 21
-Nationwide Cellular in Kansas City, KS on Dec. 21
-Dollar General in Kansas City, KS on Dec. 24
-Family Dollar in Kansas City, KS - Dec. 25
-Quick Service gas station in Kansas City, KS on Dec. 25
-Boost Mobile (different location) in Kansas City, KS on Dec. 26
-Cricket in Kansas City, KS on Dec. 27
-Sally's Beauty Supply in Roeland Park, KS on Dec. 28
-Cricket (different location) in Kansas City, KS on Dec. 29
-Dollar General (different location) in Kansas City, KS on Dec. 29
-Family Dollar (different location) in Kansas City, KS on Dec. 30
-Russell Stover in Fairway, KS on Dec. 30
