WICHITA, Kan Thursday 12:53 p.m. 1600 N. Woodland

60-year-old woman receives a call from someone saying her computer had a virus. The caller told the victim to go to her computer so he could fix it. The victim said she would have her children look at her computer. The caller became upset, said "get lost", and hung up.

Thursday 5:16 p.m. 300 S. Armour

Unknown female calls a business attempting to con them out of money. She said the company's electricity would be shut off if the owner doesn't pay immediately.

Thursday 5:54 p.m. 4100 E. Cessna

61-year-old man gets a call telling him he has a balance on a credit card for a store he has never visited. The victim hung up after the caller asked him for his date of birth.
