NBC Means Big Bucks To Wichita

Gwen and Jay DeValk are in Wichita to watch their son, Dane, play for the Alabama Paw Sox. They will be in Wichita for at least four days. They'll run up a hotel bill of $300. "You don't do baseball without spending money", said DeValk.

Eighty to 100 thousand fans are expected for the NBC World Series the next two weeks. That will pump millions of dollars into Wichita's economy.
