One Derby family is spending this Memorial Day with their airman who just came home.
Little Mcayla and Kegan Morfey are estatic their daddy is back home to play. They have lots of new tricks to show him. Their mommy Kristin can't take her eyes off of her family.
Kristen Morfey says, "This is nice he said this is what he wanted to do when he got home play in the yard with the kids."
And there's one more thing he wanted to do, meet the newest addition to the family. Baby Kagen was born two months ago, while he was away.
Airman Chad Morfey says, "Every day I would think about what they were doing and what the baby was doing how big he was getting."
Saturday was the day he finally got to see for himself. Kristin caugh the whole homecoming on tape.
Chad says, "It's kind of like we didn't miss a beat when I got home except we have one more in the family."
Now that Chad is back home he plans on taking a couple weeks leave before he heads back to the flight line at McConnell Air Force base.
