A Kansas priest accused of sexual abuse is now facing a second charge.
Reverend Dennis Schmitz turned himself in to the Douglas county Sheriff's department Friday.
This comes after Schmitz appeared in court last week on charges from Nemaha county.
Authorities say both cases involve the same boy, who was fifteen years old at the time of the alleged abuse.
