It could be a stormy night in parts of Kansas.
The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for several counties in the southwest corner of Kansas. The watch is in effect until 11:00 p.m. and includes the cities of Liberal and Ulysses.
Managing Meteorologist Jay Prater is monitoring the conditions from the KAKEland Weatherplex.
