A semi truck driver has died after a rollover accident in Butler County.
Emergency crews were called to the scene just south of Leon around 7:40 a.m. Tuesday.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Nicholas Lindly, 33, was hauling a tanker loaded with fertilizer. Lindly was northbound on Cole Creek Road, when he lost control and overturned the semi into the ditch.
Lindly died at the scene. Investigators said he was not wearing a seat belt.
KHP listed Atlanta, Kan. as the victim's hometown.

One person has died after an accident in Butler County.
It happened south of Leon, on 120th Rd., Tuesday morning.
The Kansas Highway Patrol said details of the accident remain unclear at this time. But it appears just one vehicle was involved in the accident.
The victim's name has not been released.
