Residents mark another milestone in their efforts to rebuild their lives after a devastating tornado two years ago.
On Wednesday, Greensburg residents will host a grand reopening of a Dillons grocery store. Residents see this as a significant step in their recovery from the May 2007 tornado that destroyed 90 percent of the town.
Joining the celebration will be Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, who is making her first visit to several states since being confirmed by the Senate to head the agency.
She was in Kentucky on Tuesday where she said the government would alter its policy for reimbursing states for response and recovery from disasters.
Gov. Kathleen Sebelius will join Napolitano in Greensburg. Napolitano is the former governor of Arizona.
