Hutchinson Police Warn Residents Of Auto Burglaries

Hutchinson residents have reported more than 13 auto burglaries from Jan. 20 to Feb. 10 throughout the city.

Police said that most cars were not locked and high value items were left inside. The reported property loss of these burglaries has been $11,224.00.

Police are reminding residents to remove valuable items from all vehicles and to lock doors when cars are unattended.

Anyone with information regarding these auto burglaries should call Reno County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS or the Hutchinson Police Department at 620-694-2832.
