Convergys Corporation is seeking candidates to fill more than 750 full-time seasonal positions at its contact center in Wichita, Kansas.
New employees will provide customer service and sales support to a client in the healthcare industry until early 2011. Approximately 25 of the positions require candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish.
“An anticipated increase in our client’s business during the remainder of 2010 has allowed us to bring seasonal job opportunities to our local community,” said Jason Brown, site leader for the Convergys contact center in Wichita. “Employees will gain experience in the customer service and healthcare industries, which are both expected to see major growth in the next decade.”
Convergys offers employees four weeks of paid training and competitive wages. Candidates must be willing to work nights and weekends.
