Silver Alert called off for missing Wichita man
Wichita Police said John Brown was located safe, as of early Wednesday morning.

The Wichita Police Department issued a Silver Alert for a man missing since late Tuesday night.
John Brown, 84, was last seen around 11 p.m. in the Wichita-area, WPD shared in a Facebook post.
He left the area driving a burgundy Chevy HHR sport utility vehicle with KS Tag 8034ACE. He's 5'6'' and weighs 150 pounds, Wichita Police said.
If you see John or have a tip, WPD said you should call 911 right away.
