TRIBBEY, Okla. (KAKE) - The Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office says the missing boy was found safe at 10:16 a.m. Friday and reunited with his family.

"We have a lot of boots on the ground. We have dogs running. There was a dog known to be with the missing boy. The dog has been located," Pottawatomie County Undersheriff Travis Dinwiddie told KOCO before the boy was found. "It has come up and has been running back and forth. So, currently, we are trying to get a good track on that dog and he will lead us to the location he is at."

Authorities in Oklahoma are searching for a 3-year-old boy who was last seen walking his dog Thursday evening.

The Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office said the child was last seen at around 7:30 p.m. in the area of Jack Roberts Lane and Canyon Road a mile west of Tribbey, which is southeast of Oklahoma City. Mangus was walking his blue heeler dog.

He is 3-foot-3 and weighs 35 pound, and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green shirt, camouflage shorts, black socks and black tennis shoes.
