Maize High School star commits to Kansas State
K-State has its quarterback of the future, and he's coming from the Wichita area.
Maize High standout Avery Johnson announced his commitment to K-State during a ceremony at the high school today.
Johnson selected K-State over Oregon and Washington. Johnson says he feels very comfortable around the K-State coaches and team.
He is the 179th player in the nation according to 247 sports, and a 4-star recruit.
