WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - Police have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection to a shooting in northeast Wichita that left one person dead and two others in the hospital.

Terry Quonteze Wallace was booked Tuesday night for first-degree murder in commission of a felony, according to jail records. The shooting happened at around 8:45 a.m. in the 1100 block of North Ash.

Capt. Jason Stephens said one man, later identified as 19-year-old Eurland Green, was located at the scene and died at the hospital.

"And we had suspects that arrived at the hospital with injuries as well," he said.

The two other victims are in stable condition. Their names have not been released.

Investigators learned those involved had previously arranged to meet on North Ash and an argument ensued that resulted in shots being fired. Police are working to determine any involvement of any other victims or suspects.

Some of those involved are gang members, Stephens said, adding that the investigation is ongoing.
