It’s been five years since then-teenager Rosa Ruiz-Ramirez was reported missing in northeast Kansas.

Rosa, who was 17 at the time, was reported as a runaway. She was last seen on Nov. 7, 2017. Her mom told police that Rosa went to a park and never came home, according to a case file with the Department of Justice. Rosa’s family is from Honduras and primarily speaks Spanish. Her family says Rosa had a boyfriend, who was then known as “Anayel.”
