New evidence in Wichita animal cruelty case
New video evidence has been released in the case of a dog that was shot to death and dumped on the side of a street in Wichita.
On Saturday, Wichita Animal Action League released a video showing what is believed to be the final moments of a pit bull named Camber.
Camber had apparently been given to her owner's grandma after a landlord had received noise complaints over the dog.
Surveillance footage from January, 10th shows the grandma and her nephew outside a Quik Trip near Broadway and Kellogg trying to give the dog away to strangers over the course of an hour.
Camber would be found dead 9 days later from apparent dog fighting wounds and a final gunshot at point-blank range.
WAAL and Crime Stoppers are asking anyone with information to message them on Facebook or submit an anonymous tip.
