An 18-year-old has been arrested in connection with vehicle break-ins in Rose Hill.   Rose Hill police said the break-ins happened late Sunday and early Monday morning.  At least 14 vehicles have been burglarized.

Rose Hill police arrested the teen after officers spotted him acting suspiciously.  Officers are trying to determine if other suspects are involved or if the teen is a suspect in break-ins in other area communities.

Chief Nelson Mosley said a common theme is many of the vehicles were not locked.
