WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - The City of Wichita says they have crews assisting with downed tree limbs after Saturday's storms.

In a release sent out Sunday afternoon, the city says they have been responding to several reports of downed limbs since Saturday's storms.

"As a reminder, residents and business owners are responsible for the removal and disposal of any downed limbs and branches on their properties," the city said.

An on-call crew is assisting with branches in the streets as needed.

If downed trees or limbs are blocking a public right-of-way, residents may call 268-4003 between the hours of 7 am and 3:30 p.m. or 911 who will direct reports to the park and Recreation Forestry Department.
