SEDGWICK COUNTY, Kan. (KAKE) - The Kansas Highway Patrol says they are warning of the dangers of distracted driving after a driver struck a trooper in Sedgwick County.

Video released by KHP shows a driver hitting the rear-driver side of the trooper's vehicle.

The KHP says neither the trooper nor the driver were injured.

"Please put your cell phones and other devices away while driving," KHP said. "Distracted driving crashes are preventable!"
