Kansas sheriff attempting to locate man with 'several' felony warrants
RENO COUNTY, Kan. (KAKE) - The Reno County Sheriff's Office is requesting assistance locating a man who they say has several active felony warrants.
The RCSO says James Monroe Smith is known to frequent Arlington, Pretty Prairie and other southern areas of Reno County. In addition to his felony warrants, authorities say James is also suspected of recently committing aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, fleeing and eluding and interference with law enforcement.
If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of James Monroe Smith, do not approach and please call 911, the sheriff's office says.
