A family is worried for the health of a teenager last seen in southwest Kansas.

 

Lexi Knopp, 17, has been missing since early Wednesday morning from her home in Hugoton, Kan. Detectives share the last ping from her cell phone was detected at 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday about 2.5-miles southwest of Ness City, Kan., her mom shares.

 

There is concern for Lexi’s safety, as she is without medication that help her mental health.

Height: 5’6’’

Weight: 200 pounds

Hair: Black

Eyes: Hazel

Distinguishing marks: Small scar across nose; mark that looks like an x on her right cheek; right nostril pierced; ears pierced; tattoo on her left forearm/top of her left hand; G59 above her right knee

Clothing: Likely wearing black cargo pants and a hoodie with white Nike Air Forces; or tan, white and black faux Dior Nikes
