Pedestrian dies after being hit by car on US 54, sheriff's office unable to identify victim
ANDOVER, Kan. (KAKE) - One person was killed Monday night after being hit by a vehicle on US 54 east of Andover.
The Butler County Sheriff's Office says just after 9 p.m., a Honda Accord traveling westbound struck a pedestrian walking in the outside westbound lane of traffic of US Highway 54 around mile marker 230.
The sheriff's office says they have been unable to identify the victim and say he is described as a white or Hispanic male believed to be in his twenties, with short black hair, a short beard, numerous tattoos and dressed in black jeans and a gray tank top.

ANDOVER, Kan. (KAKE) - Dispatch has confirmed one person has been killed after a pedestrian was hit be a vehicle on US 54 between Andover and Augusta.
The crash happened just after 9 p.m. on Monday and closed down part of the highway for a time.
