WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - It was a sweet return for Frost Ice Cream Shop on Saturday when the community returned for some of their favorite treats. 

"I love their chocolate cake it's literally the best cake I've ever had like in the whole of Wichita," said one customer excited about the reopening.  

The shop closed back in June after lightning struck the store resulting in a fire inside.  

Owner Jada Shiya said shutting down was humbling but with all of the community support, they were able to make it through.
