Kansas game warden rescues bald eagle likely injured by vehicle

CLAY COUNTY, Kan. (KAKE) - A Kansas game warden rescued a bald eagle that was likely injured by a vehicle over the weekend.
The state Department of Wildlife and Parks said Wednesday that Lt. Alexander got a call about the injured eagle in Clay County. He was able to locate the raptor and transported it to Operation Wildlife in Linwood.
Upon evaluation, the eagle was found to have a pelvic injury believed to have been caused by a vehicle. Operation Wildlife too custody of the eagle.
