Former Hutchinson police officer gets over 23 years in prison for sex crimes, breach of privacy

HUTCHINSON, Kan. (KAKE) - A former Hutchinson police officer has been sentenced to 23 and a half years in prison for sex crimes and breach of privacy.
Todd Allen, 51, was involved in a series of sexual crimes that happened between 2012 and 2018.
Allen agreed with the Reno County District Court on a plea deal that gave him 23 and a half years in prison.
He was originally charged with 24 counts, including 17 felonies involving multiple charges including rape, kidnapping, and aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
