Wichita man arrested for Walgreens robbery

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - A Wichita man has been arrested for allegedly robbing a Walgreens on Sunday.
The Wichita Police Department said that shortly before 10 p.m. a man walked into the Walgreens at 333 West 13th St. North and ordered the cashier to put the money in a bag and no one would get hurt. The cashier complied and the man left with roughly $800.
After watching surveillance footage, an officer was able to identify the suspect as 20-year-old Michael Heath. A felony pick up was issued and on Monday Heath was arrested near 700 N. Broadway for suspected aggravated robbery.
The investigation is ongoing.
