GARDEN CITY, Kan. (KAKE) - Fabian Rosales was arrested on Sunday after police learned about a domestic incident between him and a woman.

The 19-year-old from Garden City was arrested at St. Catherine Hospital when officers learned that he and the woman got into a physical altercation.

During the altercation, Rosales allegedly made several threats and significantly injured the woman.

Rosales was booked into Finney County Jail on the charges of:

  • Attempted second-degree murder.
  • Aggravated battery.
  • Aggravated domestic battery.
  • Aggravated kidnapping.
  • Criminal threat.
