Nearly a month has passed since a teenager was reported missing from southeast Kansas.

Lucus Stamps, 17, was last seen on April 10, 2023, in Baxter Springs. Advocates with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children said he may be in the area, but he may travel to Seneca or Springfield, Mo., or he may go to Pensacola, Fla.

Eyes: Brown

Distinguishing features: ears pierced; tattoos on both arms and under his right eye; scar on elbow.
