WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - A boarded-up house caught fire early Tuesday morning.

The Wichita Fire Department said they were called to a house fire at 5 a.m. in the 1700 block of S Broadway. Crews found heavy fire consuming the boarded up house. Firefighters entered the house but were forced out as the structure deteriorated. 

The investigation is ongoing and authorities say this house had been the location of several previous fires. The cause of the fire has not been released and no injuries have been reported.
