Man charged with murder in connection to death of Wichita woman

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - Jon Lovell has been charged with first-degree murder in connection to the death of Natasha Arvidson in 2021.
Police say that Natasha Arvidson was found dead on the evening of March 19, 2021, at a home in the 10600 block of West Taft, near Maple and Maize. Lovell took Arvidson's car and fled the crime scene, but was later found by authorities and arrested.
Records show that Lovell had several prior convictions including:
- Drug possession.
- DUI.
- Driving while a habitual violator.
- Flee/attempt to elude LEO.
- Giving false alarm.
Lovell's bond has been set at $500,000 and will next appear in court on May 1.
