WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - It's a new concept where cocktails, a gym, office space, and a business plan come together creating an environment conducive for entrepreneurs to start their businesses.  It's called The Colony and it's a co-working space exclusively built for small and medium-sized businesses.  

Founder, Brandt Dumford and Co-Founder, Anna Kate Tillison said they are entrepreneurs at heart and they care about seeing other entrepreneurs grow.  

This unique space not only provides appealing amenities but the owners say they also offer resources for their clients.  Dumford, said, "Say you have a PO that you can't fund but would greatly benefit you, we can come up with the money to be able to fund that PO for you." 

Dumford said they do this by tapping into their resources like in-house legal services or investment firms. Through a paid membership, these resources are also made available to the Colony's clientele.  

The Colony will have its official grand opening on April 15, but it already has almost 60 clients waiting to use the space.
