Person injured in east Wichita crash improving

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - The person who was injured in an east Wichita five-car crash is no longer in critical condition.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 72-year-old Iris Moore Peterson of Rose Hill now only has minor injuries.
Just before noon on April 4, a Hyundia Elantra was driving on the ramp from Greenwich to Westbound K-96 and made an unsafe lane change onto K-96. The Elanta was then rear-ended by a dump truck which caused a larger crash involving three other cars.
There were no other injuries.

A crash in east Wichita has left one person in critical condition.
The crash happened just before noon Tuesday at K-96 and Greenwich. A Sedgwick County dispatch supervisor said one person was critical and another had minor injuries.
Eastbound and westbound traffic was backed up in the area. It's unclear how many vehicles were involved.
