Police investigating after woman's remains found in Harvey County
HARVEY COUNTY, Kan. (KAKE) - It has been determined that the human remains found in Harvey County are those of a woman.
The Harvey County Sheriff’s Office says that identifying information about the woman was not found on the scene and they will examine dental records and perform an autopsy to determine her identity.
The cause of death of the woman has not been identified.
It is not known if foul play was involved. The investigation is still ongoing.
Anyone with information regarding the remains is asked to call 911.

Police are investigating after human remains were found in eastern Harvey County.
The Harvey County Sheriff's Office was called around 4:45 p.m. on April 3 after a man found the remains near a row of trees near East First St. and North Rock Rd.
Police say the remains have yet to be identified.
